This weekend class (Friday evening and all day Saturday) is designed to prepare you for giving birth. The emphasis is on stages of labor, determining when to go to the hospital , comfort and coping strategies during labor, including the epidural and pain management and the birth process.
Friday January19th (6:00pm-9pm) and Saturday January 20th (9am-4pm)
In addition, the class addresses the importance of emotional support during labor and helps ease anxiety surrounding the birth experience.

Tour of the Maternity Center is also included.
