Childbirth Preparation Series
This series is designed to prepare you for giving birth. The emphasis is on stages of labor, determining when to go to the hospital , comfort and coping strategies during labor, including the epidural and pain management and the birth process.
In addition, the class addresses the importance of emotional support during labor and helps ease anxiety surrounding the birth experience.
This 3 part series is scheduled for Tuesday evenings with a new series beginning each month. Times: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
